Located 2 minutes drive to the US embassy, Chefette and the convenient stores to name a few, approximately 10 minutes drive from brown’s beach, a rental car would be highly recommended but bus access is from 2 points one being 5 minutes walk and the other 15 minutes walk to reach public transportation. The space The property is a shared , an apartment is downstairs and a nail salon is at the side, so parking is shared. You will mainly see the property when you reach the front gate. The entrance will be through the kitchen which then leads into the rest of the flat.
