On a quiet street in the heart of Hackney with all East London markets & attractions on your doorstep, close to hip Shoreditch, great transport links. The space Downstairs you will find a large open plan living, dining, kitchen, office/play area and a utility room. This open plan area is where we spend most of our time and has bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual mod cons. There is a lovely circular dining table which comfortably fits four but can be extended to seat ten. There is a super comfy sofa to lounge on while relaxing or watching TV. Also there is a kids play area with plenty of books. The utility room has a washer, dryer, sink and loo. Upstairs there is a lovely bathroom with loo, sink and double-ended bath - the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Also on this level is the shower room with underfloor heating; the office/kids tv room with a glass floor looking into the kitchen/play area; the master bedroom with super king size bed some lovely period features such as the fireplace and has windows to both the front and rear of the house. On the next level there is a single bedroom with a desk over-looking the back garden. The next bedroom is also single room with a desk and overlooks the back garden. The next bedroom also on this level, faces to the front of the house and has a king size bed. There is also a toilet on this level. There is large table and bench in the back garden. Guest access During your stay you will have full use of the house as described above.
