Lovely self contained cottage in an extremely quiet & private setting with valley views. Situated on 130 acres.Approximately 7 kms to Lismore city centre. Half an hour to Ballina, Casino, Kyogle & 40 minutes to Byron Bay & Evans Head. Two kms from the Lismore racecourse, 4 kms from Lismore Show ground and 1 km to Woodlawn College. The space Kitchen has a full stove with oven, microwave & facilities for cooking.Coffee, tea & sugar supplied Full sized fridge with freezer. Full size wardrobe in bedroom with shelves & hanging space. Washing machine & tub. Guest access Guest can use all yard area & the carport at the property. There is a pool but is not available at all time due to cleaning issues but I'll do my best. Other things to note House only occupied by me (owner) only occasionally when i need to work there. I will most likely only be there when there are no guests unless something urgent comes up Registration Details Exempt
