Stylish Cornish Cottage

Escape to the perfect cottage conveniently located between the moors and the coast with beautiful views over the Lynher Valley. You can be on Bodmin within 20 minutes and Looe/Fowey in half an hour. The garden is large and enclosed and has a super patio with a luxury hot tub and Weber BBQ. All of the finishes from slate floor to oak timbers, WiFi and smart TV plus an EV charger are designed to make sure you have everything you need for a great holiday. The space Harper's is a recently converted cottage and we have used materials we think you'll like such as slate flooring and oak timbers and beams. The furniture in the living room is lovely quality and all with throws. The conservatory which leads off the living room is nice and warm and also has underfloor heating if you need it - the rest of the cottage has central heating in all of the rooms. A door from the conservatory leads out onto the large patio and hot tub area. The bathroom has just been completely modernised with a walk in power shower, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, bright overhead lighting, lit mirror and shaver socket and lots of storage space. The bedroom has a king size double and two large built in wardrobes and shelves with plenty of hangers so lots of room to hang things up. Just insie the entrance hall of the cottage is a utility area with a washing machine and dryer plus all of the usual - vacuum, cleaning materials etc. The kitchen has a large American fridge-freezer with ice maker in the door, a dishwasher, gas oven and microwave. There is tea and coffee in the cupboard and a Tassimmo coffee maker. We've put in range of oil and spices for cooking but if there's something you need that isn't there, come and ask. Guest access The cottage and garden are pretty obvios; there is a gate from the garden to a small fenced in paddock which you're free to use for pets; just not the large field beyond which belongs to our neighbour. We have five Flatcoated Retrievers and a terrier and we tend to use this big field to exercise our own dogs.
