Relax with the whole family at our peaceful lake house, loaded with charm inside and out. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, 1 propane grill and 1 black stone griddle, long dock with Adirondack chairs, fire pit with wood and SO much more! Fully equipped kitchen, bedding, board games, books.. the list is endless. Just bring groceries and any extras you may need and leave the rest up to us. Come and relax, leave your worries behind! The space Two story house completely remodeled in the winter of 2023/2024 with windows facing the lake. Wake up in the morning to the sunrise outside your bedroom window. Two bedrooms up stairs, 1 full bed and 1 queen bed (smart TV) , dressers and night stands. 3rd bedroom downstairs with bunk beds, bottom bunk is a full and top bunk is a twin and a dresser in room. Large bathroom with stand up shower and stacked washer and dryer. Kitchen and dining area is open concept with a wood stove. Living room is seen from the dining room and has a smart TV for easy connection to all your favorite shows. DVD player, movies and books as well. New heat pump installed and a new well with whole house filtration system. Outside has a new outside cooking and eating area with a grill and a Blackstone flat top. Picnic tables, fire pit and side-house with a toilet and sink. Games and outdoor watercraft’s, life jackets, towels and wood. Guest access Entire house is yours for your time there and all water items are there for your enjoyment. Outside area is for full use, grills, fire pit and outside games. No parking on the road. 3-4 car MAX Parking in driveway only, there is a septic in the side yard and can’t have weight on it. Other things to note You will have to go through a seasonal campground to get to the property and keep to the 5 mph speed limit. Campground is quiet and respectful and we’ve never had any problems. The campground provides a safe haven since the speed limit is 5mph and there is no heavy traffic or speeders.
