A large air conditioned garage is equipped with pool table, air hockey, foosball and shuffle board tables, dart board and NBA Jam arcade. Large backyard with propane BBQ grill and firepit. A maximum of 2 Pets (dogs or cats) are allowed. The whole property is gated off and there is a doggie door access allow your pets to roam free. Pet Fee: $75/stay The property has a recommended maximum of 12 guests, however the nightly rate includes 8 guests. For additional guests above 8there is an additional fee of $25/night/guest. This is automatically calculated into the price during booking and reflected in the total cost if you put in the correct number of guests. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home except for owner's closet in garage and the boat stored in part of the RV parking.
