Studio in the center of the most popular nightlife spot in San Juan. A two minutes’ walk to the famous La Placita de Santurce, a century-old farmers market, and lots of restaurants, bars, music, and the nightlife loved by locals, as well as visitors. The place is suitable for couples, friends getaway, or business travelers. A dedicated water reservoir tank was set up at this apartment to address constant water issues that affects this zone. The space The studio has everything you could need for a fun and safe stay. Hot water, A/C, dedicated water reserve tank (150gallons), beach towels, chairs, and coolers are available. The kitchen is fully furnished, and wifi is available. 1 parking for a compact car is available. Other things to note A variety of Restaurants are walking distance from the apartment. Very Short drive to old San Juan, airport and Isla Verde. The locaction of this place is near la placita; bars, restaurants are near by and it can be loud some times. It is an old building. Windows are also old and in aluminum ( popular in Puerto Rico) and they are not noise canceling windows. If you need a super quiet and a peacefull place, probably this listing is not for you. Construction works can happen near by. I can not control how the PR power authority and the water authority react to each situation. Sometimes, water and power can be interrupted, this is Puerto Rico and it happens. Does not happen much in San Juan but it can happen. Check out is al 11 am. You can not stay after 11:00am. We have a tide schedule on cleaning and sanitizing the studio for our guests. No Smoking or Vaping is allowed inside the apartment. A $350.00 fee will be charged for extra cleaning to those guests that do not comply with this House Rule. Ladies, please do not use towels to clean up your makeup. Use wipes. Please do not flush anything down the toilet, even flushable items.
