Room has air conditioning , a queen and 1 single bed. If you have a larger family please note we have multiple units (separate listings).There is no washing machine in this unit. The space Own patio looking out to ocean views of Upolu . Beatuiful sunrises and sunsets. Note, room is within a Hotel compound but hotel is not in operation. Only self catering rooms are available to book but there is no round the clock service provided as per previous hotel operations. Rooms have mini kitchenette facilities- there is no oven but there is an electric frying pan/rice cooker.microwave/minifrdige /kettle and toaster with all cutlery provided. Close to township and ferry, safe and secure. Other things to note All guests who book with us must have access to their BnB app for communication instructions etc and we do not allow third party bookings for others please unless discussing with us first. Please ensure the correct number of people is selected for your booking. We may decline checkin if more people arrive then was booked and exceeds the max occupancy for the room Please be aware that our landscaping, including lawn mowing and gardening, follows a scheduled maintenance plan. Our team may be on-site during your stay to maintain our grounds to the highest standard. We will strive to minimise any inconvenience and complete our tasks promptly.
