Modern Updated 1 Bedroom Apartment in Plymouth

I've worked very hard to make this space a safe place for travelers and long term workers to feel at home. My goal is to make my guests feel cared for during their stay. I hope my home reflects that goal. Below are the details of the positives and negatives of the home. I am constantly making small improvements to improve the experience for my guests The space The house is the downstairs unit of a 3 unit house that was built in 1906 , in 2022 I ripped everything down to the studs and redid all joists/flooring/drywall/paint/electrical/plumbing/AC and heat Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving meals. Blender, air fryer, etc. Multiple blankets, sheets, and towels are available in the unit. In each room there is a full (double) size bed (1 is a couch pullout bed). NOTES FOR RENTERS (negatives that may affect you decision to stay in the unit): I want to be open and honest about what the space provides and doesn't provide in terms of comfort and minor inconveniences. Washer and Dryer are downstairs in the basement which you have to go outside to access, It is cleaned/swept and wiped down every cleaning period. Because it is in a wooded area, there are small bugs and spiders that enter the unit occasionally. I have cleaned up the whole house area of brush, regraded the driveway to divert water, and a professional exterminator sprays around the building and outside each window twice as often as the recommended timeline to mitigate any insects. But I have been unable to completely eliminate the issue. Noise from upstairs and adjacent unit is mild but noticeable. During renovations I payed for a couple of noise dampening systems/products but they didn't work as sound proof as I had hoped. The living room offers a 60” smart TV equipped with high speed internet to enjoy streaming of your choice while relaxing on the comfy sofa You’ll have access to a backyard space with chairs and a fire pit (outdoor furniture during summer months) This is the lower unit of a triplex I welcome you during your stay and hope to make your experience as excellent as possible Guest access You will be able to access the whole unit Other things to note There is a railroad in the backyard 1/2 acre away from the home. Noise levels are light to moderate when freight trains go by
