The house has 5 bedrooms, including 1 en-suite, 3 shower rooms, fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, a dining room with access to the terrace, a large swimming pool, and deckchairs. The space Hosting information and description: Your stay in complete serenity with private swimming pool, terraces and gardens: -1- The Grande Maison de famille is a magnificent 17th century building overlooking the farmhouse. Its very wide stone walls (80 cm) guarantee coolness in summer. It's rented in its entirety. It's open year-round. It includes: 5 spacious bedrooms from 25 to 30 m2 On the East side: - Bedroom 1: the Henriette suite equipped with a double bed in 160 cm. It is the master suite with its nightstands, a freestanding bathtub, a fireplace adorned with a period mirror, wardrobe, desk and oak flooring. - Bedroom 2: The “Rosalie” bedroom, facing south, equipped with a queen-size bed (2 x 90 cm) or a king-size bed (1 x 180 cm), plus a single bed (80 cm), large panoramic window, closet with hanging rail, safe, desk, and original oak hardwood floors. Casseneuil offers a water sports center on the Lot River for canoeing activities and e-bike rentals.
