Nestled in 15 hectares of unspoiled nature, close to the Lot River, the bike path, and some of the most beautiful farmhouses, it offers an ideal, wooded setting to recharge your batteries in complete tranquility. Tastefully renovated, spacious, and cozy, it combines charm, comfort, and elegance. The house has 5 bedrooms, including 1 en-suite, 3 shower rooms, fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, a dining room with access to the terrace, a large swimming pool, and deckchairs. The space Hosting information and description: Your stay in complete serenity with private swimming pool, terraces and gardens: -1- The Grande Maison de famille is a magnificent 17th century building overlooking the farmhouse. Its very wide stone walls (80 cm) guarantee coolness in summer. It's rented in its entirety. It's open year-round. It includes: 5 spacious bedrooms from 25 to 30 m2 On the East side: - Bedroom 1: the Henriette suite equipped with a double bed in 160 cm. It is the master suite with its nightstands, a freestanding bathtub, a fireplace adorned with a period mirror, wardrobe, desk and oak flooring. - Bedroom 2: The “Rosalie” bedroom, facing south, equipped with a queen-size bed (2 x 90 cm) or a king-size bed (1 x 180 cm), plus a single bed (80 cm), large panoramic window, closet with hanging rail, safe, desk, and original oak hardwood floors. Voltaire armchair. View of the rose garden terrace. - Bathroom with walk-in shower and large mirror (adapted for people with reduced mobility), towel dryer. - WC and independent sink. Its large, solid table, over 4 m (13 ft) long, can seat 12 to 15 people. It is located in the center of the house and provides access to the large magnolia terrace leading to the pool. On the West side: - Bedroom 3: the Mathilde bedroom with its bed in 2 x 90 or 1 x 180 cm, bright South side, nightstands, carpet, desk, secretary and wardrobe. - Baby cot and high chair. - Bedroom 4: the Elisabeth bedroom: double bed in 160 cm + 1 bed in 80 x 190 cm, a safe rests suitcases. (For outdoor use only.) - Private outdoor parking, quiet on the property, with an electric vehicle charging station (using a credit card). - Access via the property’s private road to the south, which leads you for 400 m to the Voie Verte and the Pujols–Casseneuil bike path (Pujols is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France). Casseneuil offers a water sports center on the Lot River for canoeing activities and e-bike rentals.
