Welcome to our very Spacious, Sea facing , quiet and pocket friendly Beach blessing villa situated just 12 min of drive from Mandwa jetty and at 2 min of walk to the nearby Awas beach. Property is having big lawn area good for hosting small events like birthday parties, wedding anniversary & even small wedding. Location of the property is just an hour ago from hustle bustle of Mumbai life. The space Villa spread in 15,000 sqft area with ample secured parking space. It has a big garden area in front for playing, a big swimming pool of 20*35 ft , an outdoor dining space & a big verandahs attached to rooms spread horizontally create openness and direct sea breezes reaches rooms. Pool cleaned everyday by our staff . This is 5 Bedrooms villa with 9 double beds as 4 bedrooms has 4 king sized double bed and 5th room is dormitory with 5 beds so in total it has 18 people bedding capacity. There is a motorable road uptill bungalow . This place has a lot of greenery , coconut trees in the lawn area. Each Bedrooms have attached Bathrooms with hot water facility & basic toiletries. Every room is Air- conditioned, Smart TV & a mirror attached cupboard.
