Description

This gorgeous Carriage House is tucked away on a farm that is over 120 years old. With towering trees, striking views of Mt. Graham, and an expansive property that can accommodate your needs, step into a country getaway that invites peace to your soul and rest to your mind. The space The suite comes with a refrigerator, a coffee & tea maker, a large dining room table, a private bathroom with a standing shower, a flat screen TV & WiFi, a queen-size bed and multiple catering options. The Carriage House has one bed that can sleep two adults. It can technically fit one additional adult via air mattress, but that would come at an extra cost through the Bed and Breakfast. That is why we have it listed as 2 Person Capacity. This private unit is next to the Layton House which is a beautiful 7 Bedroom Bed & Breakfast that may have tenants coming in & out during your stay. There are no public or shared indoor spaces. The courtyard, front patio and Carriage House patio are shared and available to roam and wonder. There is a potential that the Bed and Breakfast will be catering for an event or hosting multiple guests in the big house. We will let you know if this is the case during your stay. Regardless, the Carriage House is all yours and strictly off-limits to any Bed and Breakfast or event guests. The property is on acres of farmland and comes with a charming saddle barn and other special features. Guest access Parking is along the fence on the west side of the property. The Carriage house is located on the southern side (Backyard) of the property with a shaded entrance. Other things to note There is a good chance that the property may be hosting Bed & Breakfast guests coming in and out of the main house that is located near the carriage house. All indoor space is completely private. You may not enter the main house unless it is an emergency. You MUST contact Karen before entering. Any other guests on the property have complete & total restriction to the carriage house and will not be permitted to enter under any circumstance. The property is well fenced. There may be hens, chickens and a rooster roaming the property through-out the day. Please do not antagonize or abuse the farm life. Respectfully, they are not a danger to anyone. If you would like to feed the livestock, collect the morning’s eggs from the coop, or participate in any other farming duties and maintenance, contact Karen to arrange. The Gila Valley is located in the Sonoran Desert and as such plays host to an expansive amount wildlife including, but not limited to large birds, reptiles, wild pigs, and large cats. Although it is rare, there is a chance that some of this wildlife may enter the property at any given time. If you find a scorpion, rattlesnake, centipede, javelina, bobcat, mountain lion, or any other potentially harmful animal, immediately go indoors and contact Karen by phone call. Please do not attempt to interact with the wildlife in any way whatsoever. You may document them from indoors or a safe distance at your own risk ONCE you have alerted Karen to their presence if the animal is posing a threat.
