Shops, restaurants and bus stops are within walking distance. The space Paradise Lodge is situated in the quite village of Mgarr, with a few distance away from the Parish church. This lovely private house situated on the first floor and found on 2 floors. Living Spaces| A sunny front balcony where our guests can enjoy and relax, with views of the Mgarr Chuch. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV. Kitchen| The well equipped kitchen with appliances and all the essentials needed for preparing delightful meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a sumptuous dinner. Its open layout ensures a seamless flow between the culinary space and the living areas. Bedroom| 1 Main Bedroom featuring a king size bed with a back balcony Bathroom| One main bathroom with shower. On the upper floor : Bedroom| 2 This bedroom is found on the 2nd floor of the property, 2 single beds and also a tiolet room. Roof terrace| ideal for relaxation or to dine alfresco. A washing machine is found available on this floor, at the back terrace. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is found on the first floor and there is no elevator. Air-condition and heating are at an extra cost. the system is connected to a coin meter at standard domestic rate. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. During lovely and summer season, although we do sanitise, some insects are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. Check ins are done by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. Waste schedule is found in the apartment, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) - Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person No additional guests which are not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. At the moment there are some excavation works due to construction. Therefore some noises are expected between 7am and 8pm. As per Maltese regulations, there is a small city tax (environmental contribution) of €1.50 per person per night.
