Inside, you'll find everything you need for a cozy stay: central heat and air, a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen that guests love. Each of the two bedrooms has its own TV, and there's a large flat-screen TV in the living room for movie nights or game days. Step outside onto the spacious covered deck, where you'll find a propane fire pit, comfy lounge seating, and two classic rocking chairs—perfect for sipping a drink, reading a book, or simply enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature at night. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, our home offers the ideal blend of comfort, charm, and convenience. Now with EV Charger Level 2. Guest access Easy, Keyless Entry for a Smooth Arrival To make your check-in as simple as possible, our home features keyless entry. On the day of your arrival, once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed message with your own unique 4-digit code for the door keypad. No need to worry about keys—just arrive, enter your code, and start enjoying your stay! If you are using our EV Charger, we ask that you use during night time off peak hours between 9pm and 6 am. We will give you the code for the key box by the EV machine which stores the RFID card for you to scan. Please lock box back after utilizing card. Other things to note Other Things to Note While Staying at the Property Grill Options: A charcoal grill is available near the fire pit, and there's also a gas grill if you prefer. Please clean up after use. Grill utensils are kept in the storage bench on the porch. Please do not use the kitchen utensils for the grills. You will need to supply your own charcoal, but we do supply the propane for the grill. Fire Pit Use: Feel free to enjoy the fire pit by the creek or the propane fire pit on the covered deck. Always practice fire safety and never leave a fire unattended. We supply the propane for the firepit on the porch and the firewood for the firepit by the creek. Creek Area: The creek provides a peaceful soundscape, but there is a bank so access is not easy and ground near it can be uneven or slippery—use caution, especially with children or after rain. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use. We provide a small amount of detergent to get you started. Trash & Recycling: Please place all trash in the designated bins. We will take care of moving cans for pick-up days. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. NO Heavy traffic. Wildlife: We’re in a natural setting, so you may see birds, squirrels, and other small wildlife. Please don’t leave food outside to avoid attracting unwanted critters.
