Property Information & Notes: WiFi: Please note that the rural nature of the area limits the data access and some properties can experience slow speeds, or access limited to e-mail and web browsing and not streaming. Pet Policy: We love pets and appreciate your love for yours! But we don't allow them at the cottage. Grill: This property has a propane grill. Propane is provided. On-site parking is limited to two cars, and if necessary a third if you pull in further in the driveway. Public parking is available within walking distance at the end of S. Morris Street. Bed Sizes: Bedroom 1 - 2 Twins or 1 King Den - Pull out Twin Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa Please Note: This rental includes bed and bath linens, beds made prior to your arrival, and a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwater detergent. (Please be sure to add these items to your grocery list for the duration of your stay.) We do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Weddings and special events of any kind are not permitted at my rental property due to local zoning ordinances and our homeowner agreements.
