The host lives in the downstairs bungalow, has access and maintains the pool area and gardens. The pool is fully enclosed with inset glass panels to keep young kids safe and visible at all times for you to supervise. There are full laundry facilities at the rear courtyard, that you share with the host, and you can arrange to have your washing done as well as additional housekeeping for a reasonable fee. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible and young children and toddlers need to be supervised at all times. The property is "small" pet friendly for fur babies up to 15 kilograms (33 pounds) Guest access Upstairs Apartment for exclusive use of the guests. Separate access via keyed boundary gate though side courtyard that leads to the upstairs apartment. All doors and windows have steel mesh for security and insect protection. All outdoor areas are accessible and shared with the host. Guests are welcome to have friends visit and use guest amenities on prior approval of the host. INFANT PACK The host can provide an "infant pack" for guests staying with a baby. This includes, travel cot with change table function, high chair, baby bath, cot linen and baby dinnerware. Please let the host know if you require the "infant pack" SHARE SPACES Outdoor Areas may need to be shared with the host and the host has a very friendly small pet toy poodle POOL SAFETY The yard has a fenced in-ground mineral salt water swimming pool. You can only use the pool, if you are swim safe at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Infants must wear a swim nappy. If you contaminate the pool there is and additional $400 decontamination fee that you agree to pay the host. ADD ON SERVICES The host can offer add on services such as; delicious home cooked meals, extra housekeeping, laundry, shopping, for a reasonable price.
