Deck, outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ/grill, fireplace area. Woozoo Fan. NO parties/loud music, NO smoking inside. *Note: ‘Sarah's on Center’ (cafe): guests will receive a $10 Gift Certificate to redeem on one-time purchase! See photos for menus! The space • Free WiFi and 32" digital TV with Netflix. Has 'Home Mini' (voice control the lighting, provides music, ask the weather, set an alarm, ask a recipe, or play trivial pursuit). • Microwave, 2-burner propane cook-top, fridge, sink, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Blender available upon request. • Kitchen essentials (dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, glasses, cookware, etc.). • Complimentary tea, sugar, sweetener. • Bath towels, bedding & pillows, plus 2 beach towels and beach blanket • Soap, bath gel, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and closet hangers, umbrella. • 2 electric table fans, and tabletop 'arctic air' H2O cooler (there is no A/C). Propane heater & electric ceramic heater in cold weather. • Private entrance. WiFi lock-box with door key. • Monitored fire, smoke & carbon monoxide detector. —-Bright and airy - has 2 skylights & 2 sliding patio doors. —-We have installed a 'Nest Protect' along with 'Nest Temperature Sensors' to make sure the Tiny House is always at a comfortable ambient room temperature. Use of outdoor stainless kitchen area: gas BBQ, griddle, 3 burners, bar fridge, cold water sink, and smoker. Use of large 2-level deck with dinning table & chairs, deck furniture, loungers, and evening lighting (auto set to come on after sunset). We provide free propane for Gas BBQ! There is an outdoor wood burning fireplace with seating to enjoy a lovely evening under the stars. We can help set up a fire for you. Bring your own wood or it can be bought in town at gas station. Tree House on property with stairs. Has day bed, electric light & electric plugs. Cozy place to relax up among the trees to read, listen to music. NO overnight sleeping is permitted in Treehouse. ----------------------------------------------------------------- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the Tiny House, but GUESTS ARE PERMITTED TO SMOKE at our outdoor fireplace seating area. Early luggage drop-off allowed if you arrive before 2pm check-in time and are eager to get to the beach. Please prearrange with host. --------------------------------------------------------------------- WATER SPORTS: -kayaks, paddle-boards, etc. are available to rent at the beach, as well hourly/daily sea-dos, fishing boat & pontoon boat rentals in town. *We have Discount cards to rent kayaks, paddle boards, etc. at the beach! -Aqua park with large floater is beside pier in town! LOCAL AMENITIES: -Free public beach & park, and pier. Public playground. Beach volleyball. -Walking trail. Fishing. Boat launch. -9-hole golf course, tennis court and Pickle Ball courts. -Golf Driving Range (beside Papa Geordie's) -Local Pharmacy, Dispensery, and Distillery. -Regina Beach Golf Clubhouse - licensed dining room, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open to public. -Regina Beach Yacht Club restaurant (open to public). -The area has restaurants, cafe, ice-cream stand, shopping, grocery store, 2 gas stations, etc. -Local Go-Cart track and horseback riding (open May - Sept). - Wonderful local large greenhouse with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, hot peppers, etc. (salsa, veggies in jars, etc.) - Farmers’ Market on Sunday in town on centre street. **We've created an AirBnB (online) Guidebook that lists all the things to see, do and eat in and around Regina Beach! -Also special and community events, such as bi-weekly (May-June & Sept.) and weekly (July/August) Farmer's Market on Sundays. Annual Country Fair (August), huge annual yard sale (May), annual Chili Cook-off (June), plus other events such as Show & Shine, Motorcycle Rally, and various club & church suppers, etc. -Check the Regina Beach website or Regina Beach FB page for info on upcoming events. Guest access Owner lives on property in separate cottage, but if guests request "privacy" for shared outside areas - the Host will only be available at the Guests expressed request. Other things to note The Tiny House is closed in the off-season due to extreme cold temperatures, so no bookings between October 30th until April 1st (depending on weather)… There is laundry service available on request for an additional fee with a payment request provided through AirBnB. Anyone staying for a wedding at The Greens Wedding Venue at the Regina Beach Golf Club, let us know when you are booking and when confirmed, we will provide a discounted rate for your stay.
