The space This is a very large, bright penthouse - plenty of indoor/outdoor space offering both sun & shade with a separate Skydeck above the patio to relax in the sky with an impressive 270º view of the Bay and surroundings. The unit has fully opening floor-to-ceiling doors on two sides to maximize light and ventilation, and combine the elegant indoor space with the space and limitless views of the outdoors.Sit back and enjoy the local ambiance and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the beach or downtown. But when it's time to move, it is just about a 7 minute walk down to many fine restaurants, art galleries and of course, the Malecon. Guest access You will have the entire penthouse. The penthouse shares a common entry hall with Casa Ladera Unit B (one flight below), but is separated by a glass and iron door at the foot of the stairs up to Unit A. For a larger group, Casa Ladera Unit B (search listing #32404432 to view) can be adjoined. It is a slightly larger, 1 bedroom/bathroom unit in the house with an infinity pool, which can be combined and accessed by both outdoor and indoor stairs, or be rented separately. There are stairs to access the house, so may not be appropriate, and may be a consideration, for people with difficulty climbing stairs. Other things to note The house is on the mountainside above the town, so to access it, there are stairs to climb. Our property manager can arrange for assistance with luggage when you arrive, and if desired, groceries can be delivered.
