Modern family-friendly home on an Acre block within a 5 minute walk to the golden sand of 90 mile beach. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/dining/living. Gated deck overlooking the beautiful land, often visited by wildlife - Kangaroos, Koalas & native birds. Relax with walks along the beach and potentially site dolphins, whales or seals, fishing, golf, lawn bowls, bike rides and walking tracks. The perfect holiday. The space Three bedrooms: - Master with queen bed, WIR and Ensuite - Bed 2 with 1 x bunk (double on bottom, single on top} and BIR2 - Bed 3 with 1 x queen bed and BIR *Portacot with bassinet and a baby playpen provided (located in master WIR) **Doona's, blankets and pillows provided. No sheets/pillowcases or towels provided. Bathrooms: - Ensuite to master - Main bathroom with separate toilet - Hairdryer (located in top draw of main bathroom) - Hand Soap and bodywash is provided Living: - Spacious open living/dining area - Secure gated deck - Wood heater - Reverse cycle heating and cooling - TV (smart with built in apps: Netflix, Disney, stan, amazon etc) / DVD player - Toys, games, cards, DVD's Kitchen: - Well equipped with cutlery, crockery, serving plates & utensils - Refrigerator - Stove / Oven - Toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer and slow cooker - Nespresso coffee machine (must bring own pods) - Filtered water tap - Condiments, tea, coffee (instant), small long life milk supplied to get you started Laundry: - Inside area with washing machine, clothes rack, iron, ironing board - Outside clothesline also available. Guest access Entry to the home is by keycode. Guests have access to the whole home, other than the housekeeping cupboard and shed. on-site parking available for several cars. We will send access codes and wi-fi login the day before check-in Other things to note Check in: 2:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Our cleaners are booked for 11am on the day of your departure. If you require an earlier check in or later check out, please let us know, we may be able to accommodate your needs. Linen: Pillow slips, sheets, quilt covers, towels are not provided in the booking fee. *At this time, we are unable to provide linen service. Wi-fi: Our internet access is through Starlink - a global high-speed internet delivery system based on satellite technology. It is perfect for remote areas where internet access has proven difficult. You can feel confident you will be able to stream all of your favourite TV, Movies and Music or log into that work meeting remotely to get an extra day away. Groceries and other General Supplies: Located at Golden beach (5-minute drive) The general store has all of your essentials including bread, milk, fresh vegetables, hot food, fishing supplies, coffee, Alcohol, petrol and delicious fish and chips. Sale is a 25 min drive away and the closest major town with a wide range of bars, restaurants, and shops The towns of Seaspray and Loch Sport are also within 30 minutes drive Upon confirmation of booking, you will receive a property manual which outlines all of the information required for your stay.
