An easy 10 mins drive from Queenstown Airport and Frankton / Five Mile shopping areas where you will find multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The Remarkables and Coronet Peak Ski Fields are also both close by. Being so close to the Shotover River and The Queenstown Bike Trail, you can also bike to the Gibbston Valley wineries, Queenstown, or Arrowtown easily. The space This is a near new unit attached to the main house but totally private with your own parking, entrance, fully fenced courtyard, you will not even know we are living next door! The home is near new, very warm and sunny, it has an open plan living and kitchen area, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom rounding off the space. Guest access The parking area and fully fenced courtyard are part of the unit and only able to be accessed by yourself. Other things to note In the courtyard there is also a lockable storage shed perfect for those skis and boards during winter, or for those bikes etc during summer. There is also an outdoor fire pit for you to snuggle around at night while toasting some marshmallows with the kids, or sipping a drop of central otago's famous pinot noir wine.
