But it’s also home to fantastic museums like the New Mexico Museum of Space, White Sands Missile Range Museum, Tularosa Basin Museum of History, and the charming Toy Train Depot. There’s also “the Oldest Zoo in the Southwest,” Alamogordo’s Alameda Park Zoo, which is sure to delight younger group members. And, for the more adventurous, Alamogordo’s neighboring mountain villages of Ruidoso and Cloudcroft feature excellent hiking, biking, and skiing along with festivals and casinos. Or, if you want to explore a bigger city, Las Cruces is an hours drive and El Paso, Texas is just an hour and a half. The entire home is yours to enjoy including the convenient three-car garage. This home is also located in the safe Silverado neighborhood, close to Albertsons, Walmart, and downtown Alamogordo. We are no longer local to the area but we have a very nice co-host Matthew who is local and will be available if needed during your stay. Silverado is out of the hustle bustle but close to everything Alamogordo has to offer. It also boasts a nice park just steps from this home. There are many great hiking trails located in the nearby surrounding mountains. High-speed cable internet is provided. We also provide Sling TV via streaming on a Roku TV. Do to some recent issues; Outdoor Security Cameras are in use at the home and MUST not be messed with. If the security cameras are turned off or turned away then you will automatically lose your deposit and be asked to leave. Guest Counts MUST be accurate. If guest counts are not accurate and more people are seen on the security cameras staying at the home than what you have confirmed with your reservation you will automatically lose your deposit and be asked to leave. NO Pets are allowed. If you bring a pet you will lose your deposit and be asked to leave. If there is evidence you smoked inside the home you lose your deposit.
