Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have motion-activated cameras on the exterior. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, as well as patios and pool areas (if present). These devices help us protect the property and ensure that neighbors are not disturbed. Also, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and our neighbors, we have a noise monitoring device in the property. These devices do not record audio or video, but they help us prevent disturbances caused by excessive noise.
