The Paddocks

Spacious 5 bedroom in quiet countryside ideal for families or groups looking for some peace and quiet. There is riding school on site and horses in fields surrounding the property so ideal for any equestrian lovers. Large hot tub, outside entertainment area and pool table. The space Spacious property with 5 bedrooms all with double beds 1 with a king size. 2 bedrooms have en-suites and the rest share a family bathroom. Downstairs offers large kitchen with entertainment area and pool table. Cosy snug with double sided log burner and a dining room/living room with open fire. The patio has a covered bbq area with open fire and 6 seater hot tub with plenty of garden furniture to relax on and enjoy the views of the horses in the fields surrounding the garden. Guest access The main house is the area for guests, myself and my 2 children will be in the annex at the property so will be accessible for any questions or problems. There is a riding school at the property as well so please be aware on a Saturday there will be children’s lessons on and people at the school which is located at the bottom of the garden. Riding lessons available booked in advance. There are also a couple of cats that live with me in the annex. They can venture over to the house sometimes but I can remove them if needed. Other things to note Extra guests can stay, please contact me in advance for details of costs. 2 cats and a dog do live on property but not in the house. For the bbq you will need to bring charcoal but we have plenty of wood for the log fires.
