The space Welcome to Casa Bella and the start to your wonderful Akumal vacation. As you enter the property you will start to feel the cool breeze from the ocean. You will notice the pool area surrounded by tall palm trees and a wonderful deck on which to relax and enjoy the calming poolside garden. As you walk through the front door of Casa Bella, the view of Yalku Lagoon and the Caribbean will overwhelm your eyes with the beauty of their lighting and colors.. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dinning and living room will sweep you onto the beautiful back deck and into the world famous cenote cenote lagoon of Yal-ku. This level also presents you with an oceanfront bedroom with 2 double beds. As you make your way upstairs to 2 bedrooms both with King beds, which overlooks the lagoon and the Caribbean blue sea, notice the second level veranda, a great place to relax on a lounger, read a book and enjoy the fantastic views. Don't forget the awesome roof deck and viewing dome. Hit the roof with a couple of friends, Margaritas end enjoy the sunset. The 4th Bedroom is situated on the 3rd Level roof terrace with a king bed. Also, please enjoy the newly added roof Jacuzzi with great views of the Yalku Lagoon and the Caribbean Ocean. Included in your rental is the use of the Guesthouse, or casita. The Casita is located outside by the pool. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with two double beds and the third has a king size bed. All three rooms can share 2 bathrooms and the living room. A great place for the grand kids to hang out or for some privacy away from the main house. The Penthouse bedroom suite features kitchenette and full bath along with breath-taking views of the lagoon and open ocean, and a new Jacuzzi. Half Moon Ocean View Pool, heated for USD$300/Week. Other things to note Please note the base rate on Casa Bella is for 8 people. Extra charges apply for guests over that number and will be calculated after the total guest number is inputted. *Maximum 2 infants (24 months and under) at No Charge on any reservation. IMPORTANT NOTE: Reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years 7 nights minimum. We have instituted rigorous cleaning methods, including the use of Clorox and a disinfecting fogger (U.S. NSF Certification No. 148127) We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests during their stay in the property. Washer/Dryer Service with the maid is available at an additional cost ( first two loads are complimentary for a week or more stays only ). Additional loads are $8 each with the maid. Iron is available at no additional charge but must request access from the maid. A/C in bedrooms only Chef service is included for new reservations ( Up to 3 meals per day, served between 8am and 6pm). The service includes welcome dinner at arrival, if requested, and also breakfast service for your departure day. Included service is for up to 16 people, extra person $25 usd per day. **Service does not include the cost of groceries, $25 usd shopping fee per day for transportation(usd$150 per week) and the gratuity. A USD$1000 Food deposit is required, chefs will present grocery tickets.
