Amazing indoor outdoor flow , chill with a book on the sun loungers or relax in front of the outdoor room fire. Three bedrooms , king/queen/double beds and a set of bunks . Amazing kitchen , with island . Bathroom with shower. Seperate toilet. Please not the spa only operates during winter months Guest access We are the first house in the right up Motuhoa road . Parking for two cars up the driveway. Please note the driveway is steep, best to drive up frontwards and reverse down. Other things to note The property isn’t fenced if your bringing your dog. The security camera looks down the down driveway only. There is a spade for your use at hot water beach , it lives behind the house . We have tennis rackets for you to use at the local free tennis courts The table tennis set , portable net, can be set up on the kitchen bench island or on the outdoor table (there isn’t a specific table tennis table) For the dedicated work space you’ll need to lift the dining table into one of the rooms or the lounge , or work at the kitchen bench (you will need to use one of the outdoor furniture chairs at the desk)
