In the heart of the historic center of Gouarec (all services), come and stay in a spacious and comfortable house that will allow you to enjoy the entertainment and activities of the village while being 100 m from the Nantes to Brest canal, 5 km from the Abbey of Bon-Repos and 9 km from Lake Guerlédan. You can also easily travel around the area: the sea is never far away. Unless, of course, you choose to bask in the sun in the garden!... The space There is plenty of space in the big school! The ground floor is composed of two large rooms: a kitchen/living room and a living room/game room. The kitchen overlooks both the courtyard and the garden and is very bright. There is also a full toilet. On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a children's bedroom with two single beds), a bathroom (bathtub/shower + sink) and a separate toilet. The rooms are spacious and bright. The garden is large, enclosed and we leave games (badminton, ping-pong, etc.), sun loungers and family bikes at your disposal. Guest access You have access to the whole property described as well as the garden. We close part of the sheds for safety reasons and ask that you respect the access instructions. The white gate is your entrance/exit door. Other things to note Fiber has not yet arrived in Gouarec. Wi-Fi is therefore still dependent on the mobile network.
