Access to entire home and acre it sits on. The property has an abundance of wild berries, turkeys, deer, foxes, and lots of rabbits. We live next door and are available to help with anything you may need Our neighborhood is cozy and quiet. The few homes nearby are often unoccupied as they are vacation homes. We live next door full time but are quiet and stay busy with our six month old. This tiny home is on a dead end street steps from main st saluda, easy walking distance to the saluda inn and wine cellar, thrift store, restaurants, dog park and nature trails. There are 2 parking spots and golf cart rides are offered when renters are available. -Wifi is available but sometimes limited -there is no TV -Property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area; please keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighbors -twin air mattress is available -the shower basin is not intended for baths -when using the skeleton key be sure that it is inserted all the way into the keyhole. Be firm with it and make sure the door is pulled all the way closed.
