The second bedroom, has a queen-sized mattress and is ideal for couples or friends seeking comfort. The third bedroom provides flexibility with two single beds, perfect for extra sleeping arrangements or individual preferences. With fast WiFi, staying connected through lightning-fast video calls or social media updates is effortless during your stay. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ Two full bathrooms ensure both privacy and convenience. Modern finishes and plush towels create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation after exploring Apopka and nearby attractions. Each bathroom boasts sleek vanities; the master bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower while the guest bathroom provides a tub and shower combo. Thoughtfully stocked with essentials, both bathrooms cater to your needs during your stay. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The kitchen is a bright, open space for gatherings, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances and well-stocked cabinets for effortless meal prep. For family fun, explore our collection of board games during your stay. ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In Apopka! ☆★ Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and property excluding the following: ~Room 1 walk-in closet ~Lockers that are locked with combination locks in the laundry room ~Shed in the back yard we use for storage Other things to note Stays of 28 days or greater require an additional cleaning fee ($125) per every 28-days booked. Host will coordinate with guest to schedule cleaning approximately two weeks after booking starts. Cleaner will do the following: ~Wipe down and sanitize all kitchen surfaces ~Wash and replace sheets on all used beds ~Clean & sanitize both bathrooms ~Wash and replace used towels/wash rags ~Clean & sanitize floors ~Refill necessary consumables (paper products, bathroom, kitchen, & laundry liquids, etc.) ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. No smoking on premises. There is a $750 smoke remediation fine. By renting you agree to this rule and that the charge will be enforced.
