Situated 10 minutes south of Port Douglas and 45 minutes north of Cairns Airport it's the perfect escape for family and friends. Comprising 5 acres of landscaped gardens and boardwalks through the tree tops 'Cottonwood' is an experience that won't be forgotten. Expansive decking and entertaining areas, a sun drenched pool and a recently renewed, full sized championship tennis court will cater to everyone's needs. The space A unique Queensland A-Frame main residence comprising 3 bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x queen and 1 x bunk), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, internal and external living and dining areas, expansive decking and outdoor bbq's. A guest cabana comprising 2 bedrooms (2 x king or 1 x king & 2 x single) with adjoining bathrooms, kitchenette, living and outdoor dining on the deck can also accommodate an additional 4 people at an extra tariff (see separate listing under 'Cottonwood Estate') Guest access Guests staying in our A-Frame residence will have access to all facilities on the property excluding the cabana. Other things to note The A-Frame residence can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies year round.
