Upstairs Retreat. Stylish, comfortable+ breakfast

At my place you'll find a private retreat upstairs that is spacious and all your own. Comfy queen sized bed, free WIFI, a TV (not 'smart'), study desk, kettle, tea / coffee, a little fridge and breakfast foods all await you. My street is fairly quiet and there are lots of trees and birds. Plenty of parking on the street. Self check in is easy if I'm not home to welcome you. The space A modern style renovated large studio bedroom with private bathroom, upstairs in my home. Features a queen size bed, WIFI, study desk, fridge, microwave, private bathroom with shower. Tea and coffee and a selection of breakfast foods provided. Guest access Your domain is upstairs. You'll have a large studio bedroom and private bathroom. My music studio is downstairs but not for the use of guests. I teach music for an hour or two during the day. Other parts of the house are not for use by guests. During your stay I'll meet you when you arrive if I can, to say hi. But I'm always available or you to contact if you have any questions. Other things to note 5 min drive to Riverwood or Oatley train stations. Private bus to Mortdale station is just up the road.
