La Terrazza is a family-run vacation home on the Sicilian coast between Catania and Syracuse. It is a charming beachfront house on Agnone Bagni beach. Great place to enjoy your vacation, whether it's with family, friends, or a romantic getaway. It is named after the magnificent and spacious terrace facing the sea. The house is an apartment in a villa, completely autonomous and independent. The location will allow you to easily visit all of Eastern Sicily. The space The house consists of a sleeping area with two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a double bedroom with a bunk bed; the living area is served by an open space with a hidden kitchen and a living room with two sofa beds, and a bathroom. The living room overlooks the spacious beachfront terrace on the beach, equipped with a table, umbrella, swing, and sun loungers. The house is equipped with free extra services to be requested at the time of booking: -Wifi (150giga per stay) - Canoe - Bicycles (x2) There are a few simple rules: - No smoking inside - Do not bring pets - No parties - Do not allow unauthorized persons to stay - Respect the schedules - Do not drink running water (non-potable but sanitized) Guest access The house is on the ground floor of an apartment in a villa, although it has an independent entrance and all the services are autonomous, you will have direct access and exclusive use to a part of the terrace (as shown in the photo). The only shared service is the outdoor showers, which are located on the other side of the terrace. There is no private parking, but within the residence there is ample public space to park. Other things to note It is advisable to have your own means of transport because the area is poorly served by public transport.
