Ask host for more details. Original 1901 Thousand Island Park cottage with original worksheet and a blend of old world style and modern amenities. The house has five bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is downstairs suite. One of the upstairs bedrooms also connects to a sleeping porch. One bedroom has air conditioning, one has a ceiling fan, and the other bedrooms have table fans. The house has a full 'camp kitchen' with Refrigerator, Freezer, Gas Stove and Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, plus numerous Small Appliances such as Crock Pot, Rice Cooker, Instant Pot with Air Fryer, Bread Maker, and includes almost every imaginable cooking and serving utensil. The cottage offers a washer and dryer as well. Guests have use of the entire cottage, except for the toolshed, attic, and one storage closet. There is a 'second refrigerator' and a pantry closet which we do not consider "guest-ready" but if guests choose, they may access and use what is there. We leave a small supply supply of coffee, milk or cream, and sugar, as well as olive oil, vinegar, and a few seasonings. Thousand Island Park is a beautiful historic community located in the heart of the Thousand Islands. During the off season, many TI Park businesses are closed, but there are restaurants and shopping in nearby Clayton, NY, Alexandria Bay, NY, and Gananoque, Ontario. There is one designated parking place behind the cottage and access to free permitted parking just actoss the street. We offer use of our electric golf cart and our boat slip for a small additional fee. This is a no exceptions NO SMOKING property. No parties or events without explicit permission from owners. WE OWN A CAT AND A DOG! If you have pet allergies, you probably do not want to stay here. If you love cats, our scaredy cat would love to stay on the property, mostly under the cottage, but if you don't love cats, we will take her with us. We do ask that guests water the three flower boxes once daily.
