The house is a completely renovated farmhouse located in the middle of nature with a beautiful view of the Sierra Espuña and the banks of the Rio Pliego. The house is very child-friendly, and both the area and the pool are completely enclosed so that children can play safely in the garden. Upstairs, 4 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs, large dining and sitting area, open kitchen with all utilities. Also a separate sleeping area with 2 single beds, a large bathroom and a sunny veranda. The outdoor space has a large open courtyard with open kitchen; BBQ, wood oven, bar, etc... Large dining table to enjoy the outdoors. Guest access The house, outdoor kitchen, garden and swimming pool are completely private for our guests. We ourselves occupy a small adjoining cottage with our dog. We remain very discreet in the background during the guests' stay. We remain at your service for any questions or problems that may arise. Other things to note The house produces its own electricity using solar panels, which also charge the batteries for night use. In case there is no sun, a generator provides electricity production. For that reason, we ask our guests not to use appliances that consume a lot after sunset. If it is put into operation, the generator will be switched on.
