Take a relaxing break in our cozy home with views of our beautiful privately owned lake. Front or back porch; either place is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or to unwind at the end of your day. Bring your fishing gear and hang out at the lake. There is a covered dock with grill & seating. Another great place to relax! Whether you choose to fish, walk around the lake, play board games or hang out on a porch to read, there is plenty to do. And…we are just a few minutes from town. The space This property features 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms. The view of the spring fed lake is stunning from the covered back porch and fenced in back yard. It’s only surpassed by the amazing sky full of stars, winking at you all night long. The home is fully stocked with all necessary kitchen equipment to make it feel like home away from home. A starter pack of (2) toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, (1) roll paper towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap, (4) dishwasher pods, (4) trash bags are also included. Further supplies are the responsibility of the guest. Our home is a 3 queen bed home. It is most suited for a family who can share beds. In this situation, our home can easily accommodate 5 to 6 guests. However, for business guests, you will find that the house may be best suited for 3 people (one person per bedroom). Possibly 4 people if one guest sleeps in living room. We share the info above in an effort to ensure our guests fully understand the sleeping spaces. We want our guests to feel comfortable and have adequate space per person. Guest access Entire home - No more than 6 guests on property at one time. More than 6 guests, regardless of age, must be pre-approved by owner. Other things to note Fishing is allowed; although we are a catch and release pond only. We are currently growing our fish. Depending circumstances, owner may approve catch and keep upon request. If approved, it is the guests responsibility to clean up and properly dispose (bagged and sealed) of all fish remains. Additionally, owner would ask that any cooking of fish be done outdoors to keep the smell from permeating the house. Waiver forms may be required depending on season and there is an additional $20 fee for use of owner golf cart. Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
