Description

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Described as 'a Victorian seaside residential avenue' because of access to Sandycove Harbour, its beach, the 40ft bathing area, the famous James Joyce Museum recognisable as the Mortello Tower. The area is well sought after, is so quiet, great for sea-swimming, walks by the sea, kayaking (you can use my kayak!) and village life. The DART to the city takes 20mins. Plenty of free parking in the front yard, back garden with dining furniture & BBQ. The space Garden Apartment of a Victorian one-storey over basement semi-detached house. I live downstairs, one person lives upstairs. Entrance with space for boots and coats leads to corridor. Living area on the left, master bedroom on the right, kitchen, spare room and bathroom straight ahead. Backdoor by the bathroom leads to the garden which is also accessible by the side passage. Guest access Guest has access to the entire apartment. Other things to note I'm moving overseas for 6 months, looking to sublet starting 7th Jan. Rent includes Wifi and Trash. Gas and electricity not included.
