Gated private entrance at street level, 5 steps to access the front door. GROUND FLOOR: • Front patio equipped with outdoor furniture, patio table & seaters including electric sun blinds. • Front door has key and/or code access. • Lounge with 2 sofas, large 60” smart TV with extensive cable channels including Sky; dining area with table and chairs. Split air conditioner and ceiling fans. There is a chimney with a flame-effect electric fire to make the room cosy in the colder months. • Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washing machine & dryer. • Small bathroom with shower. • Back patio with barbeque (you are welcome to use the available wood), small table and 4 chairs. FIRST FLOOR: A set of stairs with anti-slip mats leads from the dining room to the first floor: • Main bedroom with King bed, 40” smart TV, storage space and balcony with 2 chairs and coffee table. • Double bedroom with King bed, small office desk with 32” computer monitor, office chair and storage space. • Third bedroom with two single beds and storage space. All bedrooms are equipped with split air conditioning and ceiling fans. SWIMMING POOL: The communal swimming pool is about 50m from the house. In the house you will find beach towels and beach chairs. BEACHES The nearest beach (Playa del Corral) is only 150m from the house. It is a gravel and sand beach where we would recommend snorkelling to spot fish near the sea grass areas. A beach bar is open during high season. Nearest sand beach (Isla Plana) at 1.3km (3 minutes by car / 15 minute walk). This is a good beach to take young children. SHOPS The nearest supermarket “Molinero” is 850m away (3 minutes by car / 10 minutes walking). Before the supermarket you will find a pharmacy, bakery, fishmongers, butcher, haberdashery, hardware shop and restaurants. NEARBY ENTERTAINMENT Diving centre Bicycle rental (also e-bike) possible during high season Live music most weekends at the village social club (all welcome), about 800m away; it is a good gathering place with a beautiful sea view. Puerto de Mazarrón - with all its restaurants and bars, British Supermarket (The Food Co “Tesco”), Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona - is 10 minutes drive. The renowned “Cueva de Agua” cave diving site is 2 minutes away. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and community swimming pool. Other things to note There are split air conditioning units in all bedrooms and lounge. For efficient operation, please set temperature no lower than 20ºC, keep all doors and windows closed and turn off when leaving the house.
