The apartment complex has 5 pools, a basketball court, tennis court, mini golf & private entrance to the beach. The apartment is equipped with basic amenities such as wifi, washer, dryer, BBQ & more! The apartment is conveniently located approximately 35 minutes from SJU airport. The space Our place has a little bit of everything to offer for the whole family to enjoy! We provide beach chairs, beach toys, board games + more. The apartment is located in front of the first pool & it's just a short walk from the beach entrance. The unit is located on a 3rd floor and is very spacious. The penthouse has two floors, on the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and the living room which over looks one of many pools in the complex and also has a lateral view of the beach. On the 2nd floor of the apartment there is a spacious sitting area and sliding doors that lead to our recently remodeled terrace where you can soak up the sun during the day or enjoy the view of the stars at night. From the terrace you can enjoy different views of the complex grounds, the rainforest and partial views of the ocean. If you are looking for a place to stay away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist zone, this is the place for you. The best part of being on the East of the island is that it's just a short 25 mins. from the apartment to El Yunque National Rainforest & just 45 minutes from Fajardo where you can soak up the sun at Seven Seas Beach, have a taste of some local seafood or hop on the ferry in Ceiba and visit the beautiful Islands of Culebra or Vieques. * The apartment has 3 assigned parking spaces* Other things to note ▪️ The apartment complex does not have an elevator ▪️ The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. 🛑 Important 🛑 Each guest must pay a wristband fee of $12 p/p which must be paid via Airbnb after booking and prior to arrival.
