Newly renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and combined kitchen/living room in the middle of Merano's old town with its own free parking garage and the possibility of free sauna use The space Our apartment, newly renovated in 2023, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate 2-5 people. In the anteroom, there is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, glass ceramic stove, sink and kettle and a bar table with several bar stools. In the kitchen you will find glasses, cutlery and crockery, salt & pepper, vinegar and oil as well as a kettle & tea bags. In addition to the 22 m² bedroom with a double bed, there are two smaller bedrooms with a 160 cm*200 cm bed and a 120 cm*200 cm bed. The large room has a 75-inch smart TV on the wall, including SAT TV, a safe, a 275 cm wide and 210 cm high wardrobe with hangers and ample storage space for luggage and other personal items. A crib can also be accommodated in this room on request. The small bedrooms also each have a correspondingly large wardrobe (214 cm * 180 cm and 210 cm * 175 cm) with hangers. One of the two rooms is also equipped with a 42-inch smart TV on the wall, including SAT TV. There are blinds on the windows or blackout curtains, and the light in the rooms is dimmable. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower and we provide a hairdryer, towels, shampoo/shower gel and soap. The heating (in winter)/cooling (in summer) can be controlled at three thermostats in the apartment. In addition, all our guests have the opportunity to use our Finnish sauna (dry sauna) on the same upper floor free of charge.
