A lovely home from home with a beautiful garden on a quiet road in the pretty village of Irby. Superbly located to enjoy the Wirral, Liverpool, Chester and North Wales. Excellent pubs and restaurants within a ten minute walk. On a direct bus route to Liverpool and a 10 minute drive from Royal Liverpool Golf Club, with Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge Hospitals minutes away. With beautiful walks nearby in National Trust woodland and countryside or on lovely beaches overlooking North Wales. The space A spacious driveway offers off-street parking for up to 3 cars, with a couple of low steps leading to a welcoming hallway (with a compact downstairs loo), through to a fully equipped equipped breakfast kitchen overlooking the sunny rear garden. A cosy dining/sitting room offers a great space to eat, work and relax with a large dining table, TV with Amazon Firestick and access via double doors to the sunny patio and garden. Upstairs there are 2 bright and spacious double bedrooms, both with plenty of storage and one with smart TV, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. A family bathroom offers a sink, large bath with handheld shower fitting and spacious separate shower. Enjoy a glass of something chilled in the pretty, quiet, sunny rear garden with a patio and a large decked area with seating and a charcoal barbecue. The secure separate garage contains a utility space with sink, washing machine and tumble drier. Guest access Guest access to the property via a key safe in the storm porch. Other things to note This is my home, so there is pretty much everything you might need for a comfortable stay. My kitchen is well-equipped to create family meals with plenty of utensils and kitchenware. Tea/coffee, herbs and spices are available for guests use and there are cleaning supplies, dishwasher tabs etc under the sink. I will be staying close by so if there is anything you need to know, or issues during your stay I can respond quickly. The vibrant seaside town of West Kirby with its many bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive away. Catch the stunning sunsets with a evening walk around the marine lake.
