The penthouse apartment on the 1st floor with one bedroom plus living room/bedroom can accommodate 1 to 5 guests. Enjoy a 30 m² private beach terrace overlooking the turquoise sea – the perfect place for sunrises, breakfast by the sea or romantic evenings. Free parking is available directly on the property. Please note that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, so some things work a little differently. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 5 pm Check out: by 10:00 am Early or late check-in is possible depending on availability. For this, we ask for a small donation (10 EUR/USD) to our official GoFundMe campaign instead of a fee. Please contact Matthias at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time. House rules Travel, health and accident insurance is highly recommended. Please report any damage immediately – we will take care of it quickly. No parties or loud music – we want a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Dispose of garbage and leftovers to avoid vermin. No naked flames or candles. Overnight stays of additional guests are not permitted. We do not assume any liability for personal items or vehicles. Please use the toilet only as intended; rinse off sand before entering the house. Careful handling of inventory – damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning included: linen change every 7 days, towel change every 4 days. Water, soap, toilet paper, a sponge and cleaning supplies are available to welcome you. Please buy more yourself if necessary.
