Our place is located in West End , short 4 minute walk to west end main strip walk beach, bars, restaurants, dive centers , water taxi Station to west Bay Beach , convinience stores, Night life Public transportation ,taxis etc The space This is a cozy top floor 1 bedroom with queen size bed ,1 bath hot and cold water , ceiling fans and Air conditioner(ONLY IN BEDROOM) The bedroom has a private porch with hammock and sitting area . Eating /sitting area that has a daybed twin size that can be used to sleep or entertainment with ceiling fans through out . Walk up few stairs third floor you have the bedroom that walk out to a Porch with hammock ,enjoy your early morning coffee or tea , while looking at our garden with tropical flowers , Mature mango, bananas trees, in our little garden. Cost of Electricity is additional and paid by guest and charge base on usage consumption Electric Meter is read at check Inn by host and guest , same is done at check out ,Price per Killowatt is $0.40 $200 cash deposit is paid at check Inn for the Electricity usage to host at check out usage deductions are made and balance is given to guest If using the air conditioner only at night cost can average from $5 to $10 a Day Guest access apartment has a entry porch to sit on , bedroom has its own private balcony Parking space on property for rental car or moped Other things to note No Smoking is allowed inside the apartment No Parties No pets
