Apartment B is a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the upper level of the house. It has all the modern-day conveniences to be a home away from home. Equipped with wifi, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu with live TV, a washer/dryer, and all the essentials necessary for comfortable living. Apartment Layout: Living room with TV; fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and drip-style coffeemaker, seating for 2 at kitchen island; also a dining table in the alcove area; front bedroom with a queen bed; a full hall bath with walk-in shower; back bedroom with a queen bed; laundry room. Please note: The apartment is rented monthly. Included with the monthly rent is a $400 power allowance per month and a $100 water allowance per month. Any overage is to be reimbursed by the tenant. On-street parking is available for Apt A. Driveway parking is reserved for Apt B (upper level). Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry.
