We love being hosts in & around Greater Manchester, we designed this oasis for you to enjoy it to the fullest. We are a brother & sister team, born and raised in Manchester, we are both professionals and have been Managing Directors for individual successful companies for 8+ years, we came together as a team through our love and passion in properties, it is important to us to enable our guests a unforgettable happy and comfortable stay. The space Renfrew House is a large detached house, with parking for up to 3 cars or 2 vans, the house was built in 1995, located central in a very friendly cul-de-sac. Renfrew House is spacious, with flat screen TV's and Netflix available in all rooms. It is a house that offers plenty of space indoors and outdoor garden space, with communal areas that encourage friendly interaction. Only 5 minutes away from the M61 and very close to the following A roads A58, A579 and A676,10 minutes away is Middlebrook Retail, Leisure Centre & university of Bolton Stadium. Locally there is Co-op & Tesco express in walking distance, along with several food option takeaways including the local Three Pigeons for food and drinks. Just 12 mins away is Bolton Town Centre and Bolton Steam Museum. Guest access We can host up 17 people, the living room sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, fresh clean towels, along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Other things to note Smart Homes will need to collect £300 security deposit upon guest arrival. this covers any property damage that might occur during our guests' stay. the security deposit is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way. if the guest account hasn't been verified, we might ask for ID verification.
