The cottage can accommodate up to 14 people, making it ideal for stays with family, friends, or for private events (seminars, training sessions, retreats, etc.). Located in a quiet and green environment, the house offers the perfect setting to unwind, share pleasant moments, and enjoy nature. The space Designed for groups, this large-capacity gîte in Charente-Maritime offers all the comforts you need. On the ground floor: - Large fully equipped kitchen - Friendly dining area - Spacious living room with wood-burning stove - Games room (pool table, foosball, darts, library, TV) - Bathroom with WC on the ground floor Upstairs: - 6 comfortable bedrooms (including 3 bedrooms with private shower room) - 1 bathroom with bath and toilet Enjoy a private garden in an exceptional natural environment with a barbecue and tables for your outdoor dining. Finally, enjoy access to a 6,000 m² wooded park by the river (La Seugne), with an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September) to share with a cottage for 2 people, ideal for a nature and relaxation stay. Free parking is available on-site for guests. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. They are not allowed on beds or sofas. You will be asked to pay a dry cleaning/cleaning fee in case of non-compliance with this rule.
