At the end of the street, you'll find a park with a walking path to ride bikes, skate or walk for miles. We are located in one of the best neighborhoods in the area and just 10 minutes southwest of the downtown Sacramento area. Nearby is a California Family Fitness center, and I-5 freeway, 2 miles from local markets. The space The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which includes a master en suite. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Open concept with full kitchen. The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an air fry and other cooking essentials. Our home can accommodate up to 4 guests. Whether you are visiting for business, sightseeing, or just traveling, you will find our fully furnished place perfect for families, friends traveling together, and even that individual who just needs a getaway The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. No partying. If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We want guest that appreciate a good, clean place to stay and we want to provide that to them. We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good stewards of the neighborhood. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourself. Self check-in with key pad upon your arrive. A unique key code will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 4:00 pm on the check-in date and expired at 11:00 am on the check-out date. Free Parking: Enjoy parking on the drive way and plenty parking spots on the street.
