There are 4 different units located in this building, with the age of the building you may occasionally hear other guests. The Swepson Domestique brings European energy to downtown Louisville, with tall ceilings and perfectly chosen furniture to showcase the ease and comfort of this beautiful getaway. Located right on the edge of Germantown, it is central and close to anything you could want! Restaurant row, the Highlands, Downtown, UofL Campus, Old Louisville, and NULU. The perfect walking distance to bars, breweries and distilleries, restaurants, and Logan Street Market. The Swepson Domestique is the perfect place to get away! Guest access Access is by a locked gate with a gate code and door code for access to the unit. This unit is located on the second floor of the building, there are 2 sets of stairs to climb to get to the unit! Other things to note Please be aware that there are additional units and guests in the building and the quiet hours are strict from 10 pm - 8 am. Failure to comply with these will result in the termination of your booking. PRIVACY SAFE HOME SENSOR DISCLOSURE Guest privacy is our top priority. Our insurance recommends that we use a Minut home sensor to monitor temperature, mold risk, sound decibels in case a fire alarm goes off, etc. Minut is camera free. It measures sound levels without recording or listening. This device doesn't store, collect or share personal data so you can relax in total privacy. It is a white circular device located in the living room. If you would like more information about this device, please contact us or visit the Minut website. IMPORTANT: Failure to fill out the guest verification form before your check-in date will result in a canceled booking. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously. That's why our building is equipped with cameras on the exterior, in common area hallways between units, and in common stairwells between units. These cameras are in operation 24/7 and are there to protect you and your belongings. Please note that there are no cameras inside the individual units to ensure our guests' privacy. All footage is recorded and monitored for security purposes only. We want you to have a pleasant and worry-free experience during your stay with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to confirm they’ve read and understood our house rules as part of the booking process.
