Guest access Access is by a locked gate with a gate code and door code for access to the unit. This unit is located on the second floor of the building, there are 2 sets of stairs to climb to get to the unit! Other things to note Please be aware that there are additional units and guests in the building and the quiet hours are strict from 10 pm - 8 am. Failure to comply with these will result in the termination of your booking. PRIVACY SAFE HOME SENSOR DISCLOSURE Guest privacy is our top priority. Our insurance recommends that we use a Minut home sensor to monitor temperature, mold risk, sound decibels in case a fire alarm goes off, etc. Minut is camera free. It measures sound levels without recording or listening. This device doesn't store, collect or share personal data so you can relax in total privacy.
