If ask more keys the day check-in, we cannot guarantee that we will get them because the apartment developer only gives us a limited number of keys，some card and key not in Bangkok. If need to send the keys again, tenant need to pay the fees 4，Mosquitoes breed easily in Thailand, so please take rubbish with you when you leave your room. In Bangkok condo，There is a garbage room on every floor .You can look around to find it. 5，Please turn off the air conditioner and lights when you leave the room( AC if long-term working will leak water ) 6，Can't smoking in room and building public facilities →only can smoking in building smoking area！if smoking in room ，we will charge 3000b fine ，If tenant fined directly by the building property, the fine needs to be pay by tenant 7，Can't smoke weed in room ，we Will charge 3000b fine and call the police (if need ) If evicted by the property management due to violation of the law or property management regulations, the room fee will not be refunded. 8，Daily rent is illegal in Thailand ，my rooms rent at least one month. Please send us your front page of passport picture for register in building office. 9，The toilet in Thailand can't flush toilet paper, it will get clogged, so please throw the paper towels in the trash 10，If public facilities need to be cleaned, maintained or repaired during the occupancy period, and this is an unexpected event and the responsibility of the property management office, it does not constitute a condition for a refund due to the landlord's issue. 11，The quality of the Wi-Fi in Bangkok is moderate. During your long-term stay, if you encounter a situation where the Wi-Fi stops working due to a line fault, for example, the LOS red light on the router is on, it could be caused by issues with the base station, aging lines, or heavy rain. Please kindly let us know, and we'll contact the network company to repair the line. In case there are Wi-Fi network problems due to irresistible line issues, which are beyond the landlord's control, it does not constitute a valid reason for a refund due to the lack of room facilities.
