Spot native wildlife as you sip on your morning coffee. Relax with a wine and watch the spectacular sunsets with glimpses of the city lights. The 4-bedroom property is an ideal setting for families or groups wanting space to connect and enjoy each other’s company. Gather around the fireplace in the spacious living and games room or spend time outdoors together. Relax in the second lounge with a movie projector in the evenings. The interior of the house boasts a sleek and stylish design, combining modern furnishings with rustic-chic details. The large kitchen and living areas are perfect for group activities. The dining room table can seat 10, offering the perfect space to enjoy group meals and dinners. All four bedrooms feature quality, comfortable bedding. We provide our guests with all linens, bedding and bath towels, which are included within the cleaning fee – this way you can arrive and unwind stress-free. A stay at The Farmhouse offers nature just outside your front door. The property is located directly adjacent to the Horsnell Gully and Giles Conservation parks enabling you to walk segments of the Yurrebilla Trail. Explore the beautiful Adelaide hills with wineries and restaurants a short drive away. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the 4-bedroom farmhouse and are free to explore and enjoy the entire large property. Please note there is a quiet, secluded, permanent residential tenant in a separate building. Other things to note The property runs on its own water supply from ground fed springs and rainwater. Our water is regularly tested for safety. Please be aware that there are open water sources and dams on the property. Be sure to use the map in the kitchen to familiarise yourself with their location and supervise children. This is a working property and at times, we will be present around the farm attending to maintenance. You may run into us on the trails or in the paddocks, but we will respect your privacy during your stay. Please note there are is a security system onsite.
