One Stop Living👍 Guest access From the Lexington Lobby you can directly access the Delipark Mall. The mall is open from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Other things to note A 👉deposit of IDR 500,000 is paid upon arrival, and will be refunded if there is no damage or missing items in the property. 👉Check out max 11:00am, if it's after 11:00am a fee of 100,000 / 30 minutes will be deducted automatically from the deposit. 👉Please bring your own towels as our unit does not provide towels🙏 Our 👉unit is *NO SMOKING ROOM* , there is a smoke detection alarm inside the unit. (for those who smoke, you can go down to the 1st floor outdoor or in the outdoor Lobby). If caught smoking or there is a smell of cigarette smoke on the balcony or inside the unit then *the deposit will be forfeited.* It is👉 not* allowed to bring *Durian* into the unit, if there is a *Durian* smell in the unit then *the deposit will be forfeited* . Thank you. 🙏🙏 Cooking food from raw ingredients is👉 not allowed, to prevent unpleasant odors indoors, only heating ready-to-eat meals is allowed. 👉 No wedding parties or party events in the unit. 👉 No dogs, cats or pets allowed in the unit. 👉 Leave the unit clean with trash that must be disposed of in the emergency exit right next to the unit to avoid ants, cockroaches etc. 👉 Turn off the AC when traveling for a long time. 👉 If you leave the room in poor condition, we will charge a cleaning fee of 200,000 which will be deducted from the deposit. Toddlers are required👉 to wear diapers, if there are any wet spots or spills on the mattress, a fee of 300,000 will be deducted from the deposit. Thank you🙏
