Set in Brierley, 5 minutes drive from Leominster, the Annexe is peaceful, well equipped and in the middle of stunning Herefordshire countryside with gorgeous walks literally on the doorstep. Bring your dog too and unwind whilst exploring Herefordshire, Shropshire and Mid-Wales. If you're at a local event that isn't dog friendly we're happy to dog-sit; everyone is looked after here! The space The Annexe at Walnut Tree is a peaceful purpose built house in the grounds of our home, a 17th century Grade II listed black and white cottage. It's deceptively spacious with a large lounge and double bedroom upstairs and a bathroom, kitchen, and large dining area and sofa-bed for an extra guest downstairs. You have your own front door and patio garden complete with a sunny seating area to enjoy a glass or 2 of wine in the evening and watch the sunset. A barbecue and charcoal is also provided. Guest access You will have full access to the facilities in the Annexe. It's self contained so the whole house is yours. You have your own parking space and front door so you come and go as you please.
